IS THE COIN CERTIFIED?
The 1oz silver Palestine Liberation Coin is minted by the Cape Mint in Cape Town, South Africa and includes a signed and uniquely numbered Certificate of Authenticity regarding it’s 999.9 purity.
WHERE DOES YOUR SILVER COME FROM?
Our 999.9 pure silver is supplied by Cape Precious Metals and, as a registered precious metal refinery, CPM specialises in the recycling of precious metals, utilising modern techniques for maximum recovery and returns. All metals are of the purist quality, manufactured to
exacting standards and produced from 100% recycled, ethically sourced raw materials.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
All shipping is done by our fulfilment partner based in London.
CAN I SELL MY COINS?
Yes, you can sell your coins at any time you desire. We do not, however, offer a sales or buy-back service.
It is our recommendation that our coins be presented as gifts and that they are then held by the recipient for a longer period of time, rather than being sold, ideally serving as heirlooms and being handed down to family members so as to create value in legacy. Should a decision be taken to sell them, for whatever reason, it should be noted that we do not guarantee a growth rate. We do, however, point out that, given the exclusive limited release of our coins, this could well translate into increased value in the future.
CAN I PAY WITH BITCOIN?
Not at the moment…..but we will shortly be implementing this payment option, yes. You will be able to pay with various crypto, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and Solana.
We will be using BitPay to process all Bitcoin orders and will advise you further when you order. You will be provided with an online Bitpay option, where you can review the accepted wallets and payment protocol utilized by BitPay.
You will be required to verify your identity. This one-time verification helps reduce payment risk for both you and BitPay merchants.
Please note that payments in crypto currency will require that a higher level of FICA information be supplied. We will advise of this at the time of ordering.
WHAT ARE 'PROOF COINS'?
Proof coins (‘proofs’) are coins that are specially struck (and, in our instance, struck 4 times) so as to present a very shiny, mirror-like coin, also having certain frosted elements as part of the highly-crafted design and also towards ensuring extra sharp detail.
Proof coins need to be handled with great care so as to avoid damage and towards ensuring preservation of quality and value. In the instance that the coins are handled by yourself (out of their capsule), it is recommended that you wear cotton gloves. It is however recommended that your coins remain in their protective capsules as supplied.
IS MY FINANCIAL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes, all personal information is transmitted using secure SSL web pages. These pages are encrypted to ensure that no personal financial or identifiable information is made available to anyone other than you, your bank, or the processor.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed on our website, you have entered into a legally binding agreement and your order cannot be modified.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
We will notify you by email once your order ships.
WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
Yes, your package will always require a signature for delivery. Please note, per our Terms and Conditions, once a package shows as ‘delivered’, our responsibility ends. Please be available and attentive to receive the package when the courier arrives.
