Refund policy

As per our Terms and Conditions, if you wish to make a return, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. If your order arrived with missing or damaged items, please email info@purekaratcreations.com. Please attach photos that clearly show the issue(s), so we can make an assessment and determine the most appropriate course of action. Putting your Order Number as the Subject of your email will expedite the process. Please include a brief message. If you would prefer a telephone call over a written response, please provide a valid phone number.

If PKC deems the product to be damaged, they will replace with the identical one. Please note that delivery of the new product will be confirmed and could take up to 30 days (or longer). PKC does not offer monetary refunds on damaged/returned products.

Any such Goods accepted for return shall be returned at the Buyer’s cost and risk and shall be subject to inspection by PKC, who shall notify the Buyer if the return has been accepted or not. Should PKC deem the damaged Goods to have been damaged/defective during PKC’s handling of the goods, the costs incurred by the Buyer will be reimbursed to the Buyer, provided that the Buyer provides PKC with documentary proof of expenses incurred.

To note: all our coins are supplied in a sealed CoinCard® from Certiline, to ensure maximum security – no returns will be considered in the instance that the card has been opened by the buyer. Please note that returns can only be made as a result of damaged or missing goods.
